This Tiny home is sustainable with its limited power consumption, this is gained by the construction of the tiny home. This is by using SIPS. We are all about passive living with your everyday living helps heat you home to a comfortable level. Along with the SIPS panels we pair them with uPVC windows, double glazed and thermally broken, they provide much better performance compared to aluminum windows. Our last component is ventilation, we install two de centralized heat recovery systems. This Tiny home is off grid, so the power consumption is incredibly low with no heaters needed. The cladding is colour steel which is the least amount of maintenance over the years compared to other cladding options. So at the end of the build it is a very efficient and low maintenance building.

This Tiny home was delivered to the Hurunui district and even through the winter they have not needed any extra heating inside saving money on power bills. The owners opted for smart lighting system and are able to change lighting from their phone. Also they requested an outdoor shower.

The kitchen is of the highest level, using quality door hinges and draw runners, paired with a HiMacs benchtop, this is an amazing product due to if it is damaged it is able to be repaired rather than replaced. Along with the bespoke bathroom cabinets and wardrobe layout, all chosen by the client. The vertical groove meets perfectly with the grooves on the ceiling.

We offer the full package when it comes to storage, if you can make it into storage we will, there is no hidden extras at the end of the build with having to make shelving, it is all included and designed with the client to what they are wanting. The open plan of the kitchen and living room flows seamlessly moving through to the bedroom. The double french doors give you a great sense or indoor-outdoor living in both the living room and bedroom.

There is an outside shower installed for the client, we use HiMacs benchtops, plain white walls which allows the finishings to bring in some colour. The special feature is the windows that we use, German components making them a smooth opening and locking mechanism. The colour they chose works well with the black windows giving it that extra pop.
