Future Proofing

A fully custom kitchen that has been designed for the flexibility of the owner. Cupboards can be added or switched out for spaces designed for washing machines/dryers and a dishwasher. The bedroom was designed so that depending on the owner, the layout can be moved around to suit their preference. The towbar of the trailer can be fully removed to make space and be used on both ends of the home to allow for easy positioning. The exterior cladding is a mixture of long-lasting corrugate which is low maintenance and stained shadowclad. The floor is hard-wearing oak laminate planks. The design is simple and uncluttered to make the home feel roomy and larger. This does mean the owner still has scope to add as they please.

Brand new steel custom trailer, which is designed, engineered, and built by CBBT Trading. The base floor of the home is H3.1 strand-floor, which sits directly on the trailer and Composite insulation. The frames are built from high-quality LVL engineered timber which ensures a strong and straight foundation for the building. The internals of the home is lined with triboard, which is a 3-layered panel with a wood rand core sandwiched between an MDF outer “skin”. The result is a clean-lined panel that has high resilience and impact resistance and greater stiffness than other similar products. Triboard does not require plastering so therefore the is no cracking with movement, ensuring it always looks good. The entire home is wrapped over insulation and then cavity baton is placed between the wrap and the final cladding. The windows are double-glazed. The kitchen is a fully custom design. The entire home has been completed with the most high-quality finish.
Functionality/Innovation Design

You entire the tiny home into the hallway facing the kitchen with the island on your left and the bathroom and bedroom down the hall to the right. The bathroom/bedroom location makes for a semi-ensuite style of living while still allowing separate access to the bathroom for guests which makes for an unintrusive layout.
