This build is manufactured in modular format in German Marine Gel coat fibreglass U.V. stabilized panels with a 50 plus year life. It is fully insulated with a R5 thermal rating achieved using closed cell polyurethane insulation. This build can be towed by car or placed on the ground. Lightweight and easily moved on its trailer or by Hiab truck or even helicopter. It won't rust, rot or corrode as do traditional building materials such as timber, iron or container style construction. It was built on a hot dipped Galvanized steel chassis (Class A) they will not deteriorate. it needs no maintenance and there is nothing to paint.

This build is fully insulated is easy to keep warm in Winter (a small heater on for 10 minutes will be enough to make the home cosy and warm). Cool in summer. Fold down beds and space saving fold away furniture generate more open useable space. Wardrobes have a large sliding bedside shelf with power outlet, two sliding drawers and storage. The areas above the fold down bed and wardrobe are useable storages areas also. Very wide concertina doors create full walls internally when privacy is desired whilst allowing full useable space when opened. The bathroom concertina door ensures full use of the wall areas.

In general terms, the quality of our workmanship shows in the finished product from the 3D manufactured light shades to the fibreglass panels. All our building products are good quality, long lasting items. Zero maintenance is our goal with all that we incorporate in our homes. The general photos supplied show this.

Our floor plan incorporates fold away beds and furniture as required to maximize space during the day. The wide concertina doors allow for full space to be used during the day but ot close off when a room needs to be achieved. With the extra width in our cabin/Tiny Homes, the main traffic area is through the centre of the home allowing both sides to be used for furniture, seating, storage, etc. The full sized open shower gives maximum shower space with no wasted space in the bathroom. The outward opening entrance door allows full use of the wall space, each internal side of the door.
